Maximilian Lüders is the co-founder and managing director of MARA Solutions, a new player in the hospitality technology industry. Their software generates personalized responses to guest reviews in a matter of seconds, making it easier for hotels to improve their online reputation. Max studies industrial engineering and management at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and previously worked for the consulting firm Homburg & Partner, specializing in pricing and market strategy. While pursuing his Ph.D. in B2B Marketing, he met his future co-founders, Tobias and Ingo.
